Start with the exterior of your home, better known as your curb appeal. Look at the outside of your home from a quick glance from the street. What do you notice first? What great features seem hidden?
Acknowledging this assists us in deciding what plan of action we can use to attract buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't the best it can look on the outside with retouched paint and blooming garden plants we'll need to address those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your home's final selling price.
Curb Appeal Checklist >
"Welcome to your new home!"
Does your home seem to say, "Hello From Your New Welcome Home" to a buyer? Walking-through your property with a buyer's eye, we'll suggest adjustments that improve market appeal.
We'll advise you get rid of items that give the appearance of clutter. Counter tops should be free and clear. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and play time artwork should get moved out of sight. We can help you de-clutter your house. Unattractive or dirty places make your home feel less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time imagining themselves living there.
We know exactly where a room's best features are and how to show them off. We'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that need polishing, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively impact the sale.
Potential buyers like a residence that seems comfortable. Personal items that could be "loud" should be removed so that your house will garner mass appeal to buyers.

Setting the Stage
We'll tell you when to open your home up to buyers, because everything comes together to create a picture of what buyers will expect when they consider buying your house.
Dark living areas can really dampen a buyer's spirits, so we'll do things like open curtains and add lighting where needed to invite the buyer inside. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and make sure a delightful fragrance flows throughout your house. We'll add cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your sofa and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current house is their future home.
