· Send out 100 or more Just Listed postcards.

· Make sure listing is properly showcased in the Wilmington Multiple Listing Service with professional photographs and accurate measurements.

· Make sure your listing is showcased on our websites and on all websites through Coldwell Banker. Additionally, your listing will be available for viewing by mobile users on Coldwell Banker’s special app.

· Provide weekly reports to sellers on marketing activity.

· Contact the Relocation Department at Coldwell Banker and announce the listing.

· Showcase your property on various websites including Zillow, Trulia, Facebook , Twitter and more.

· Schedule an Open House as soon as possible and have an Open House as often as necessary.

· Showcase your property in a Power Point presentation in front of Coldwell Banker Sales Agents the following Tuesday during our sales meeting.

· E-mail the top 75+ agents in the area announcing the new listing along with 300+ Coldwell Banker agents.

· Install a Coldwell Banker sign.

· Develop a professional booklet of features of your home and have them available inside your home for agents during showings.

· Install a Supra Lockbox in the property making it easier for area agents to show.

· Follow up personally with each agent on all showings.

· Follow up with you on each showing giving you feedback and weekly reports.

· Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property.

· Contact our buyer leads, center of influence, and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.
